Can a Patient share files with the Provider?
Yes, a Patient can send files to the Provider once the patient enters the appointment lobby. Patients can also share files in Chat during the video visit.
- Click the paper clip icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the chat window.
- Browse your device for the file, click to select the file, then click Open to send the file.
