Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the United States but currently does not allow
Patients or Staff to receive their authentication passcode to non-US phone
numbers.
Cell phone and/or landline numbers of the Patient or Staff must have a US Country Code of + 1 to receive passcodes to sign-in or join the
Provider's lobby.
