When the Provider schedules a Patient's first HIPAA Video Appointment, the Patient will receive an email invitation (and SMS text message, if selected).
The Patient must click the Continue button in the email and open the link from one of these Supported Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Next, your Patient will be asked to Set their Password.
Strong passwords are required
Must have at least 8 characters, including one upper and lowercase letter, and a symbol or number
After successfully setting their password, the Patient will automatically log into their account where they can access their appointments.
The last step will ask your Patient to Verify their phone number - this step is required, to ensure the Patient can recover their password.
My Patient didn't receive their Invitation
