How does a Patient join the video session?
To join your scheduled video session, go to the Appointment in your Calendar.
- Click APPOINTMENTS
- Then, left-click on the appointment in blue for the date and time of your appointment you wish to Enter.
- Click the Open Meeting link
- This will take you to the Appointment in your Lobby
- To join the video call, simply click the Start Call or green Join Call button on the upper right-hand corner of the chat window.
