How do I resend an Invitation?

How do I resend an Invitation?

  1. Go to APPOINTMENTS
  2. Click the appointment in your calendar that you wish to resend an Invitation
  3. Click the Edit button
  4. Click the Resend link next to the Participant you wish to resend the invitation

Not Receiving their Invitation?

If your Patient does not receive their Invitation:

  1. Have them check their Spam/Junk Mailbox folder
  2. Check that you have the correct spelling of their email in the Patient's profile
  3. If your Patient is already registered as a Patient (signed up with their Email/Password), simply ask them to sign in and their appointment will appear on their Calendar.
