How does a Patient reset their password?
A Patient can reset their password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on HIPAA Video's login page.
Visit https://secure.hipaavideo.net/, then click Log In as Patient.
Patients will be asked to enter their email, and then they will need to click the CONFIRM button.
After clicking confirm, a password reset email will be sent to the email address entered.
Opening the email will send an SMS passcode to the Patient for verification. Then, they will be redirected to a page where they can set a new password.
