How do I start a HIPAA Video call?
To begin your video session, go to the Appointment in your Calendar.
- Click APPOINTMENTS
- Then, left click on the appointment in blue for the date and time of your appointment you wish to Enter.
- Click the Open Meeting link
- This will launch the Appointment in your Lobby
- To begin the video call, simply click the Start Call button on the upper right-hand corner of the chat window.
NOTE: Your Patient (or Participants) will see a green Join Call button.
- They must click Join Call to join your video visit.
