How does a Patient view Upcoming and Past Appointments?
A Patient can view their upcoming and past appointments by logging into their HIPAA Video account.
Once logged in, click APPOINTMENTS to view the Appointment calendar.
Patients can view their previous or future appointments by clicking the arrows next to the Date/Year, above the calendar.
To view Appointments in the list view, click the list icon next to the Calendar icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Appointments screen.
In the list view, there will be two tabs - Future Appointments and Appointment History.
Appointments scheduled for a later date and time will be listed in the Future Appointments tab.
To view past appointments, click the Appointments History tab, and a list will appear with details related to the previous Appointments.
