How does a Patient change their microphone / camera?

Patients can change their microphone or camera prior to joining a video session by signing into their HIPAA VIdeo account and navigating the Lobby. 


Once in the Lobby, the Patient will click the audio / video settings button located near the bottom left-hand corner of the page. 
A pop up will appear allowing the Patient to test their microphone and camera. Click the drop-down to choose a different device.  When the Patient finishes their test, the Patient will simply click the Done button to return to the Lobby.
