How many licenses can I add to my account?

You can add any number of Provider licenses to your account. There is no limit to how many licenses you can purchase, per account.

When signing up for a FREE trial, you are assigned one (1) Provider license to test out our platform for 14-days.  When you're ready to become a Paid Subscriber or should you need to add more licenses, you can upgrade your account by adding more licenses.

How to Add Licenses
  1. Login to your account as the ClinicAdmin (Owner - user who created the account)
  2. Go to Users > Staff
  3. Click the Add Licenses button
  4. Increase the number of licenses you wish to purchase, click Continue
  5. Enter your payment information and click Save
Upon successfully adding your licenses, you can now assign those licenses to your Staff - those who will need licenses to Host appointments.
