How to Record Video Sessions



SAVE YOUR RECORDING:
Always STOP the recording in order to save your file, before ending the call.  Simply click the red Record button again to stop the recording.  Your browser will either save the file to your Downloads folder or you will be prompted to choose a local folder on your PC to save the recorded file.

*Ending the call before stopping the recording may result in losing your recording.
