If you are unable to access the lobby, chances are that you do not have an active license. This means that your subscription may be expired or you were not assigned a license by your clinic. Please contact your Clinic Admin or for further assistance, contact us at support@hipaavideo.net.
2. Existing Staff members
If the staff member already exists and has joined your clinic, simply click the Options drop-down next to the Staff user's profile. Then, click Add license.
A confirmation window will pop up. Click the ADD button to assign an available license to the selected Staff member.
