I'm a Provider/Assistant, but my login says I'm a Patient

It's okay, accidents happen sometimes!  In this scenario, you signed up for a FREE Trial of HIPAA Video as a Patient, instead of signing in as a Provider or Assistant.

The solution is to choose the correct Profile when you sign-in.

Change Profile (or, Change Clinics)

  1. Login to HIPAA Video using your Email and Password
    1. This must be the same Email your Provider used to Invite you to an appointment
  2. If successful, you should be prompted to Select Profile
  3. You want to choose the Profile with your First/Last Name and your Role (ie. Provider or Assistant)



As long as you now see your name on the top-right and the word "Provider" beneath it, you successfully signed in to your Provider/Assistant profile and the appointment should be listed under the APPOINTMENTS calendar.
