I'm a Provider/Assistant, but my login says I'm a Patient
It's okay, accidents happen sometimes! In this scenario, you signed up for a FREE Trial of HIPAA Video as a Patient, instead of signing in as a Provider or Assistant.
The solution is to choose the correct Profile when you sign-in.
Change Profile (or, Change Clinics)
- Login to HIPAA Video using your Email and Password
- This must be the same Email your Provider used to Invite you to an appointment
- If successful, you should be prompted to Select Profile
- You want to choose the Profile with your First/Last Name and your Role (ie. Provider or Assistant)
As long as you now see your name on the top-right and the word "Provider" beneath it, you successfully signed in to your Provider/Assistant profile and the appointment should be listed under the APPOINTMENTS calendar.
