I'm not receiving SMS Text Invitations

When scheduling an appointment, check the SMS Notification box to send a 1-time link to your Participant's phone.

After creating the appointment, if you wish to send the invite via SMS, check the SMS Notification box then click Save.

Common Reason for Not Receiving SMS Text notifications
  1. Wrong Number - verify that the client's correct number was entered into their profile
  2. Number is a Landline - if the Participant's number is a landline number, ask for a cell number and update their profile
  3. Muted Conversation - the Participant may have muted their conversations from their mobile device's SMS program
  4. Message being blocked by Service Provider - rarely, but it does happen, your cellular network could be blocking HIPAA Video's SMS invitations - contact your service provider
