How do I create a Patient?
To create a patient:
- Click USERS
- Then, click the Patients tab
- Click CREATE PATIENT
A small window will appear where you can enter the Patient's information (DOB is optional).In this window, you can also upload a photo of the Patient. Click the button that reads UPLOAD PHOTO, browse your device for the appropriate file then click upload.Click Create another if you wish to create another Patient immediately after creating this Patient.
What happens when I create a Patient?
Your Patient will not receive an invitation or any other message from HIPAA Video until you schedule an appointment with them.
Once you schedule an appointment with this Patient, they will receive an email with instructions to setup their login credentials (Email and Password).
