How do I edit a Patient?

To edit a Patient's details, click USERS, then click the PATIENTS tab. Find the Patient that you wish to edit, then click OPTIONS > Edit Patient.


After clicking edit patient, a window will appear with the Patient's details. Make the desired changes to the Patient's information then click the SAVE button to save the changes.

What if "Edit Patient" is greyed out?
Once your Patient becomes a registered user of HIPAA Video, they take ownership of their User Profile.  Only the Patient can modify their Name and Phone Number.
