How do I import a list of Patients?

To import a list of Patients, click USERS, and then click the PATIENTS tab. At the button of the page, you will see blue text that reads "Download .xlsx Template" and "Download .csv Template." Choose any template by clicking the link and saving the file to your device.


  1. Once the template is downloaded, open the sheet in Excel.
  2. Fill out the template and save the document.
  3. To upload the list of Patients entered in the template, go back to the PATIENTS tab under USERS, then click the blue text that reads "Import" for the appropriate template that was downloaded. Browse your device for the completed excel sheet, then click Open.
  4. The list of Patients from the excel sheet will be added to your Patients list on your account.
