How do I schedule an appointment?

There are two ways to schedule an appointment:

  1. Click the APPOINTMENTS link on the top of the page.
  2. Click Schedule Appointment or click on the Date of your appointment
  3. Enter the Date, Time, Duration
  4. Add Participants
    1. you must have your Patients and/or Staff added to your Clinic first as a User, before you can add them as a Participant
  5. Add Recurrence (optional)
  6. Click Create

  1. Click the USERS link on the top of the page
  2. Find the Patient you wish to schedule an appointment
  3. Click the OPTIONS drop-down and choose Schedule Appointment
  4. Enter the Date, Time, Duration
  5. Add Participants
    1. you and your Patient will be added automatically, otherwise, you can remove yourself and add another Provider if you are scheduling for someone else
  6. Add Recurrence (optional)
  7. Click Create
