HIPAA Video Provider Authentication

The provider is authenticated by presenting a username password challenge.
  1. Complexity constraints are imposed on the password
  1. Account lockout mechanisms are implemented
  1. Password re-use is prohibited
Upon completing standard authentication, a single-use pin code is transmitted to the provider via SMS.
  1. The pin is only valid for 90 seconds
