How does a Patient update/change their phone number?

How does a Patient update/change their phone number?

A Patient can update and change their phone number on file by logging into their HIPAA Video account and going to the My Profile page. 


The number on file while be displayed under the field titled PHONE. To update the number, enter the new 10 digit number. You may be asked to verify your phone by SMS text.  Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
