How does a Patient share files?
A Patient can share a file prior to or during their scheduled Appointment when logged into their HIPAA Video account. After the Patient has logged into their account, they will navigate to the Lobby by clicking the Lobby button.
Once in the Lobby, the Patient will click the file icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the chat window to browse their device for the file they wish to be shared, then click Open.
When the file upload is complete, it will be shared in the chat window and the Provider can securely download the shared file.
