I'm unable to Login - nothing happens

If you are trying to sign in to HIPAA Video with your email and password,  but the page simply refreshes and nothing happens, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Close all your Browser windows
Sometimes, the best solution is to start again.  Close all of your open Browser windows, then relaunch your browser, and try again.

Restart your Device
A simple restart of your PC or Laptop could fix the issue.  Then, try logging in again.

Reset your Password
If you are getting an error message "Invalid Login Attempt", try resetting your password.

Clear your Cache/Cookies
If you are using Google Chrome, you may need to clear your cookies and cache.  Please follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the 3-dots located under the "x".
  3. Click More tools d then Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose All Time from the drop-down.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Close all browser windows, reopen Chrome, trying signing in to HIPAA Video
